VUBIQUITY completes cross-border acquisition of leading digital distribution company Juice Worldwide

On August 31, 2015, VUBIQUITY, the leading global provider of premium content services, announced the acquisition of Juice Worldwide. As one of the world’s top OTT certified and preferred encoding houses and digital delivery agents, Juice Worldwide’s distribution services will bolster VUBIQUITY’s network of content providers, now reaching top brands including iTunes, Netflix, Amazon and Google Play in addition to Vubiquity’s existing base which includes the cable, satellite, telco and wireless markets.
VUBIQUITY is a privately held company with primary offices in Los Angeles and London. Juice Worldwide is headquartered in Toronto with partner facilities in the United States, Italy, Spain, Prague, Denmark, Australia and Brazil.
The firm advises VUBIQUITY in this acquisition with a team that included John Durdan, Michael Misener and Stephanie Hayes (corporate/M&A); Sean Gomes (technology); and Gloria Geddes (tax).
