Gowling WLG advises Cooper Equipment Rentals on Alberta Lift acquisition
On July 10, 2017, Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited completed its acquisition of Alberta Lift and Equipment Rentals Inc. The value of the transaction is undisclosed.
Alberta Lift is an equipment rental company focused on aerial construction equipment that services Southern Alberta. It will compliment Cooper’s operations in Northern Alberta.
Cooper Equipment Rentals is a full-service equipment rental company operating to service the construction and infrastructure industries in each of Ontario, Quebec and Alberta.
Gowling WLG advised Cooper Equipment Rentals with a team led by Robert Hull that included Frank Sur, Leila Burden Nixon, Samantha Albright, Alisha Virk and articling student Christina Grimes.
