Altus Strategies completes plan of arrangement with Legend Gold

On January 31, 2018, Altus Strategies Plc (AIM: ALS) announced the completion of the previously announced plan of arrangement with Legend Gold Corp. (TSXV: LGN), a transaction which involved Altus acquiring all of Legend's assets consisting of a portfolio of gold projects in Mali.
Pursuant to the transaction, Altus acquired the entire issued and outstanding common shares of LGN Holdings (BVI) Inc., being the owner of the Legend Projects, by way of a plan of arrangement pursuant to the laws of British Columbia. Legend shares were delisted from the TSXV and Altus submitted an application for a dual listing of its shares on the TSXV.
Altus, based in the UK, is a diversified and Africa-focused project generator in the natural resource sector with key projects in Morocco, Mali, Cameroon, Ethiopia and Liberia.
