On February 13, 2024, Enersoft Inc. (dba GeologicAI), a leading innovator in mining technology, announced its strategic acquisition of Resource Modeling Solutions (RMS). 

GeologicAI, based in Calgary, Alberta, is revolutionizing resource exploration by developing AI-driven core scanning robots and software. Its technology generates the most extensive geological dataset in the industry, significantly improving workflows from exploration to extraction. RMS, also based in Calgary, is known for its pioneering work in advanced geostatistical modeling of subsurface deposits for the mining sector.
