Our Investment Funds team has advised the Trustees of the Britannia Pension Scheme on its sale of a private credit fund exposure using the innovative Isio Fund Liquidity Options (i-FLO) platform.

In a unique secondaries arrangement, Britannia Pension Scheme used i-FLO to allow the scheme to manage the sale of their private fund assets. This was a successful sale of a significant investment in a private credit fund on the secondary market, with Britannia Pension Scheme becoming the first scheme to complete a transaction using i-FLO since it was launched.

The team was led by Partner Katherine Rainwood, with support from Associate Jack Qualtrough.

Katherine Rainwood said: "The secondaries market is evolving at a remarkable pace, driven by groundbreaking advancements like the i-FLO platform. This platform enabled all parties to achieve a seamless and efficient sale of an illiquid asset, underscoring the power of innovation in our industry. We are thrilled with the outcome of this transaction which highlights the strong future of this market. Working alongside the Trustees of the Britannia Pension Scheme and Isio has been a privilege, and we look forward to continuing this successful partnership."
