Our Banking and Finance team has advised CloudClevr, a UK-based cloud and managed services provider and subsidiary of Rigby Group Technology Investments Ltd, on securing a long-term funding partnership with NatWest to support its continued acquisition-led expansion and next stage of growth. Rigby Group (RG) PLC is Europe's largest private investor in technology and longstanding client of Gowling WLG.

The team was led by Legal Director Angela Rawlins, with support from Associate Chloe Collins and Trainee Nicole Bains. Further support was provided by Senior Associate Michael Tushingham in the Tax team.
