He advises on complex domestic and cross‑border private mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and general corporate matters. Alex's practice is centred on mid‑market private equity and the energy transition and infrastructure space.
Alex regularly acts for infrastructure funds and corporates on platform build‑outs, bolt‑on acquisitions and strategic investments across battery energy storage, renewables, and adjacent clean‑tech. He combines strong technical drafting with clear, commercial advice for boards and investment committees. He has been involved in a number of high-profile renewable energy and infrastructure transactions, reinforcing his position as a trusted adviser in the sector.
He brings a deep understanding of risk allocation and deal structuring, enhanced by time spent on secondment with a leading warranty and indemnity insurance underwriter. This insight enables Alex to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions for clients.
