Alex's recent experience includes:

• Working with Sanctuary Group on the delivery of its development programme, with particular reference to development infrastructure agreements, including section 38 and 278 highway agreements, section 104 drainage agreements and formalising arrangements for the supply of services by land transfer and deeds of grant.
• Working as part of the multi-disciplinary team carrying out legal due diligence for Legal & General Affordable Homes on its bulk acquisition of new-build open market housing for onward shared ownership sale.
• Assisting Triple Point Social Housing REIT with property management issues, including intra-group transfers and deeds of variation, providing real estate support to them on debt raise and managing the acquisition of a pipeline of asylum seeker accommodation.
• Supporting the Fox Hound Capital team on large portfolio acquisitions, including maintaining project management spreadsheets and organising title insurance at scale.
