Alexandra Oxborrow

Alexandra specialises in the drafting and negotiation of construction documentation (both standard and bespoke forms), acting on behalf of parties across the construction chain including developers, end users and funders. Her experience covers a number of different sectors including the industrial and logistics sector and residential and senior living. Although she now concentrates on non-contentious work, Alexandra has also previously advised clients on construction disputes thus allowing her to tap into 'lessons learnt' when undertaking the drafting of documentation.
