Ana Pagkatipunan

Ana Pagkatipunan is an associate in Gowling WLG's Calgary office practicing in commercial real estate. 

She specializes on transactional matters and has experience in negotiating and drafting complex contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic legal advice.

In the course of her career, Ana has represented purchasers and vendors, landlords and tenants, borrowers and lenders. She is adept at handling acquisitions, commercial leasing, and financing transactions. She has demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients, real estate professionals, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.

Ana also has experience in general corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining Gowling WLG, she practiced in a mid-size firm and in addition to represting clients in real estate transactions, her role included overseeing the corporate services department, providing legal services in M&A transactions, IPO's and private placements, and drafting corporate documents required to execute various tax plans.
