Acquisitions and Disposals

1. Lead on the acquisition of a highly sought after asset at Park Royal on behalf of an international logistics developer.
2. Lead on the sale of a portfolio of a multi-let property portfolio on behalf of an institutional investor.
3. Lead on the acquisition and refinancing on of a supermarket distribution centre.
4. Advising a US REIT on the acquisition and subsequent management of in excess of £1 billion of assets, primarily in the retail and industrial and logistics sectors.

Asset Management

1. Main client contact in relation to the asset management of a shopping centre, this involves dealing with all asset management elements.
2. Dealing with lettings and asset management on behalf of one of the largest I&L providers in the UK.

Development/Redevelopment

1. Involved in the regeneration of Sheffield City – HOCII.
2. Involved in a large mixed use development in Reading. Station Hill, Reading scheme. Phase 1 comprises c.650 build to rent units with ground floor retail, and phase 2 a 250,000 ft. Grade A office building with ground floor retail which has been c. 45% pre-let. Advising on all elements including securing vacant possession (including substations and telecoms), estate set-up, debt funding and pre-lets.
