Ashleigh Perry

Ashleigh Perry is a senior law clerk and Manager of Corporate Services in the Business Law Group of Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office.

Ashleigh’s work focuses on corporate transactions including due diligence, acquisition and sale transactions, financings, and corporate tax re-organizations. With over a decade of corporate law experience, Ashleigh deals with all aspects of a corporate entity including annual compliance, incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, revivals, and dissolutions.

Before joining Gowling WLG, Ashleigh worked at a boutique law firm outside of Ottawa. Prior to working in corporate, Ashleigh was a real estate law clerk.
