Breanna Landry

Breanna Landry is a law clerk in Gowling WLG's Calgary office, working in the corporate services department.

Her experience in the preparation and online filing of various corporate documentation includes annual returns, trade names and incorporations of Alberta and Federal entities. She also has knowledge of the corporate matters relating to extra-provincial registrations and maintenance of those registrations.

Additionally, Breanna has assisted with minute book reviews, including preparation of rectifying documentation. She completes the preparation of director and shareholder resolutions in order to maintain the corporate minute book and records, which includes annual shareholder and director resolutions.
