Carl El Kalaani

Carl's practice focuses on project development, construction, financing, acquisition and transfer of projects in the energy sector in France, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Carl assists banks, developers, industrial groups and investment funds on all aspects (project documentation, real estate, corporate and regulation).

Carl graduated from Saint-Joseph University, Lebanon with a Bachelor degree in Business Law from University Paris-Saclay with a Master II's degree Juriste d'Entreprise.

Before joining us, Carl gained particular experience in the Banking and Energy departments of international law firms.
