Emily spent six months on secondment to Blackstone and The Office Group.

- Worked as part of a team advising private equity firm Blackstone on its £4.66 billion acquisition of UK student accommodation company IQ from Goldman Sachs.
- Worked as part of a team advising Lincoln MGT on the £750 million regeneration of Station Hill, Reading.
- Advised The Office Group on its £114 million acquisition of Chancery House and subsequent redevelopment.
- Worked as part of a team advising The Office Group on its £1.5 billion merger with Fora.
- Working with institutional and private equity real estate investors in acquiring large UK real estate portfolios across all sectors.
- Working with industrial developers on land assemblies, pre-lettings, leases and investment disposals, nationwide.
