Hayley Crawhall
Associate
- Year of Call, Ontario (2022)

Hayley Crawhall is an associate in Gowling WLG's Disputes Group. Her practice is dedicated to construction and infrastructure disputes.
Hayley represents owners, developers, contractors, consultants, and other project participants in disputes arising from construction and infrastructure projects. She advises clients at every stage of the dispute process, including on contract interpretation, delay and impact claims, payment disputes, construction liens, deficiencies, and other complex project-related issues. Whether resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation, Hayley delivers practical, commercially focused advice tailored to her clients' objectives.
Hayley has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court. While her practice is focused on construction litigation, she also draws on experience in complex commercial disputes involving corporate, bankruptcy and insolvency, estates, and real estate matters. This broader litigation background enables her to identify strategic issues that often intersect with construction disputes.
Before practising law, Hayley worked in procurement for an international aerospace company, where she focused on contract risk management, and in residential and commercial property management. Her industry experience gives her firsthand insight into project delivery, contractual risk allocation, and the commercial realities that shape construction projects.
Fluent in English and French, Hayley advises and represents clients in both official languages.
