Jaime Taylor is a law clerk in the Business Law Department of Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office. Jaime specializes in supporting due diligence processes, incorporations, amendments, share transactions, continuances, amalgamations and dissolutions, and corporate reorganizations.
Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Jaime was a corporate law clerk at a boutique law firm in Ottawa.
