• The applicant shareholders in an application to cease-trade a retroactive shareholder rights plan adopted to prevent an exempt transaction (Re Greenfire Resources Inc., 2025 ABASC 104)
• The respondent guarantors in a receivership application that raised triable issues of bad faith concerning the applicant’s conduct in a related receivership (Aggregated Investments Inc. et al v Pace Group Holding Inc. et al, 2025 ONSC 2595)
