James Riewald

James Riewald is a partner in Gowling WLG's Hamilton office, practising in the areas of banking and commercial litigation.

He primarily acts for financial institutions and title insurers in the areas of creditors' rights and recovery, mortgage enforcement, real estate fraud and professional liability.  James also has experience conducting prosecutions under the Provincial Offences Act.

A skilled litigator, James is dedicated to delivering timely and efficient results to his clients.

James regularly appears before all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and various administrative tribunals.
