Kai Knapp

Kai is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice group of Gowling WLG's Frankfurt office. He advises national and international investors on complex real estate transactions by way of asset and share deal. Kai has extensive experience in advising on (cross-border) portfolio transactions in all asset classes as well as project developments. He provides comprehensive advice on distressed real estate transactions and refinancing transactions as well as ongoing asset management.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG in 2024, Kai worked for another leading international law firm.
