Karolina Da Silva

Karolina works with major housing developers and local authorities assisting on the drafting, negotiation and completion of infrastructure agreements pursuant to Section 38 and Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980, as well as Section 104 and Section 185 of the Water Industry Act 1991. Karolina also assists clients securing planning permission by negotiating planning obligation agreements, known as Section 106 agreements, based on that section of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990. She can also assist with any necessary Deed of Variations to those agreements.

Karolina proactively engages with all involved parties to the agreements to ensure completion is smooth and time efficient. She analytically advises and finds adapted solutions to various queries relating to infrastructure agreements and is the main contact on those files, developing long-lasting relationships with clients.
