Louise Smith

Louise Smith is a Principal Associate in the Contentious Construction and Engineering team.

Louise has over 25 years' experience as a construction lawyer in private practice and in-house, with a broad and an in-depth knowledge of construction law and the construction industry. She has acted for developers, main contractors, subcontractors and consultants in litigation, arbitrations, adjudications and mediations. In light of her in-house experience, as Head of Legal for a tier 1 infrastructure Contractor, Louise has a unique insight into the decision-making process and approach taken by commercial stakeholders.
