Megan Wiggin

Megan is an Associate in the Intellectual Property team. Megan has experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters in both soft and hard IP, including high-profile patent litigation and global trademark enforcement for major international brands. Megan advises clients on the protection, enforcement, and exploitation of their IP rights across a full range of IP matters combining a strong technical understanding with a client-focused approach to IP protection and enforcement.

Megan is currently undertaking the University of Oxford Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice.
