Melissa Bach advises national and international corporates, financial institutions and investors in connection with capital market transactions with focus on share placements and stock exchange listings as well as in general corporate law matters, including assisting listed companies in fulfilling their post-admission obligations. Before joining Gowling WLG in July 2023, Melissa worked as an associate and transaction counsel at major German- and UK-based international law firms, including Clifford Chance LLP and Ashurst LLP.
