Stephanie Snyder

Stephanie Snyder is a law clerk in the Gowling WLG Waterloo Region office. 

Stephanie specializes in estate planning and estate administration, and is an Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) Certified Expert – Estates and Trusts with over 25 years' experience in the field.

Stephanie assists in the preparation of draft wills (including dual wills and complex estate plans), powers of attorney for property and powers of attorney for personal care, and attends client meetings with solicitors to witness the execution of estate planning documents. Stephanie also prepares all court applications relating to general estate administration and has extensive knowledge of Rule 74 of the Rules of Civil Procedure.  Stephanie works closely with estate trustees in order to assist with various estate administration matters. Stephanie is responsible for maintaining the database of wills and powers of attorney for the Waterloo Region office.

She previously volunteered with The Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce.
