Tom is a corporate tax specialist focusing on transactional tax issues with extensive experience in M&A, private equity, public markets, banking and solvent structuring. Tom's experience and pragmatism allows him to identify and address tax issues early and appropriately, ensuring that the wider commercial objectives of a transaction can be met. Tom is equally comfortable as primary tax adviser or working as part of a large cross-disciplinary or cross border team of advisers.

Share incentives also form an important part of Tom's practice and he is skilled and experienced in implementing and reviewing all the main forms of advantaged and non-advantaged schemes, as well as advising in respect of more bespoke arrangements.
