Tracey Di is a law clerk in Gowling WLG's Toronto office, working in the areas of financial services and commercial real estate.
Tracey acts for lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions, as well as for clients in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real properties, including for court-appointed receivers in dispositions of real properties and personal property.
Prior to joining the firm, Tracey worked as a real estate law clerk in a well-known medium-sized downtown law firm in Toronto, handling various real estate transaction files from opening to closing.
From 1995-2000, Tracey practised law in Tianjin, China in the area of corporate and contract law, securities regulation and banking law, with an emphasis on banking and commercial litigation involving secured and unsecured loan disputes, state bond repurchase disputes, contractual and product quality disputes, and enforcement of judgments.
Tracey is proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin).
