The Equity Capital Markets Team at Gowling WLG has published its latest edition of the AIM Handbook.

The 2022 edition of the handbook includes the latest version of the AIM Rules for Companies and for Nominated Advisers, the most recent Inside AIM publications, the updated Prospectus Regulation Rules Annexe and a consolidation version of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

The handbook has been produced by Gowling WLG for more than 15 years and is a go to guide for Nomads - the Nominated Advisers that bring companies to the AIM market on the London Stock Exchange.
