Gowling WLG's Capital Markets team has advised Toople PLC on its placing and admission to the Standard Listing segment of the UK Listing Authority's Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.

Toople is an early stage tech-focused telecoms group, providing a range of telecoms services primarily targeted at the UK SME market.

Its services include business broadband, fibre, EFM and Ethernet data services, business mobile phones, cloud PBX and SIP Trunking and traditional services (calls and lines) all of which are delivered and managed through Merlin, the Group's proprietary software platform that delivers automation for the services provided.

David Brennan, corporate partner and co-chair of the firm's Tech sector led the transaction, supported by principal associate Susan Johnston.
