Earlier this year, Gowling WLG, led by Robert Winogron and Jeremy Bouchard, was appointed to serve as class counsel to the plaintiffs in the Aboriginal Day School Class Action, McLean, Garry v. Attorney General of Canada.

Winogron and Bouchard have over 30 years of combined legal experience in the area of Aboriginal law and litigation, and Gowling WLG's Indigenous Law Group has been consistently recognized for its representative work on behalf of Aboriginal organizations across Canada.
