International law firm Gowling WLG has advised Rigby Group on the sale of leading data connectivity platform FluidOne Limited to Livingbridge for an undisclosed sum.
The firm's Corporate team advised Rigby Group on this latest sale from its portfolio of businesses spanning Europe, Asia and the Middle East, to leading international mid-market private equity investor Livingbridge.
FluidOne Limited provides a range of quality data connectivity services to UK businesses across the construction, hospitality, hotels, professional services and retail sectors. The business supports customers to securely connect any device to business-related data and applications through its unique, integrated technology platform.
Rigby Group Client Partner Ragi Singh led the deal, alongside Corporate Associate David Geller with specialist tax, regulatory, banking and IT contract assistance from Directors Jocelyn Paulley and Kieran Laird, Principal Associate Tom Rank, Senior Associate Richard Crawley and Trainees Carys Gidlow, Vic Sewak and Kristina Berezonova.
