Gowling WLG advises Panmure Gordon on Feedback PLC's oversubscribed fundraising

The Capital Markets team at law firm Gowling WLG has advised Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited as nominated adviser and broker on a placing and open offer for their client Feedback PLC, an AIM quoted company specialising in clinical communication. The company has raised approximately £11.2 million in aggregate (before expenses) through the issue of 1,599,999,991 new ordinary shares.
