The capital markets team at law firm Gowling WLG has advised Pyx Resources Limited, an NSX listed Indonesian producer of premium zircon, on its dual listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. This will provide the Company with better access to UK and European institutional investors. On Admission, the market capitalisation of the Company will be approximately £350 million.

The Company is one of the world's largest publicly traded producers of zircon, a mineral which remains subject to significant demand due to constrained supply and increasing applications for its use.

The team from Gowling WLG that provided advice in relation to the listing consisted of corporate partner Charles Bond, supported by principal associate Alex Davidson and paralegal Anna Samokhina.

Commenting, Charles Bond said:

"It has been a pleasure to have played a part in helping open up the UK and European markets to a business that is at the forefront of zircon mining and extraction, with this listing facilitating their further expansion and growth."

Oliver B. Hasler, Chairman & CEO of PYX Resources commented: "The LSE Dual Listing could not come at a better time and we could not have chosen a better legal partner, which accompanied with wise and timely advice throughout the process."
