On November 5, 2021, Waterlogic Canada Inc. acquired Drink To Your Health Inc., headquartered in Markham, Ontario and owner of the "Q water" brand of water purification and dispensing systems used by many of the leading restaurants and hotels across Ontario.
Waterlogic Canada is a subsidiary of Waterlogic Plc, a leading global designer, manufacturer, distributor and operator of POU drinking water purification and dispensing systems in over 60 countries around the world and headquartered in Maidenhead, UK.
Gowling WLG advised Waterlogic Canada in this acquisition with a team that included Duncan Snyder (corporate/M&A) and Shefali Rajaputra (employment), with the assistance of paralegal Silvana Pella.
