On November 8, 2022, Time Out Market announced that it would open a location in Vancouver's Oakridge Park in late 2024.

The first Time Out Market opened in Lisbon in 2014, followed by Miami, New York, Boston, Montreal and Chicago, with further locations around the world under development, including Vancouver.

Oakridge Park, currently under construction, is Vancouver's designated new town centre and cultural hub, a highly sustainable, mixed-use and transit-oriented community. It will include residential towers, workspace, a nine-acre public park, a civic centre and library, indoor and outdoor performance venues—and a one-million-square-foot shopping centre.

Spread across two levels in the shopping centre and spanning 69,000 square feet, Time Out Market Vancouver will showcase a curated collection of the city's best culinary and cultural experiences.

International law firm CMS is advising Time Out Market with respect to this launch, supported by Gowling WLG as local Canadian counsel with a team led by Aubrey Lasky and including Aimee Halfyard (corporate), Paul Carenza and Lesley Kim (tax) and Debi Sutin (franchising).
