Peloton Capital Management invests in Billyard Insurance Group

On December 21, 2022, Canadian private equity firm Peloton Capital Management completed an investment in the Billyard Insurance Group portfolio of companies ("BIG") by way of a share purchase transaction.
BIG is an award-winning Canadian insurance brokerage which offers coverage for home, auto, commercial, travel, pet and life insurance and financial planning services. BIG has expanded a local, family-run brokerage in Welland, Ontario to comprise over 70 branches across Canada.
