Cross firm team advises Andrada Mining Limited on US$25m funding package

A cross firm team has advised African technology metals mining company Andrada Mining Limited, on its US$25 million funding package with Orion Resource Partners to develop its Uis mine in Namibia. We also advised the company in July on its additional £7.7 million fundraise through the issue of convertible loan notes to new and existing investors.

The Orion package comprised US$2.5 million in equity (at 6.39p), a US$10 million convertible loan note with warrants, and a US$12.5 million unsecured royalty. The transaction is conditional on shareholder approval at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting and funding is expected to be completed around the end of September 2023.
