On November 14, 2023, North American private equity firm Gestalt Capital Inc. completed its acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of 1772486 Ontario Inc. ("177 ON"). 

Gestalt Capital, based in Toronto, Ontario, is a private equity firm that invests in established businesses with a view to hold for the long-term. 177 ON is a management services company.
