Corporate team advise Bakkavor on its acquisition

Our Corporate team has advised leading provider of fresh prepared food, Bakkavor Foods Limited (Bakkavor"), on its acquisition of Moorish Ltd ("Moorish").
Founded in 2012, Moorish has quickly become one of the UK's most recognisable humous brands, whose product range is distributed across a number of major supermarket outlets and independent retailers.
The team providing advice on the acquisition was led by partner Chris Towle and Andreea Serban (corporate) with support from Hannah Swindle and Daniel Phillips (employment).
