Gowling WLG France has assisted Kyotherm, an investment company specialising in the co-development, financing, and management of renewable heat production and energy efficiency projects, in securing a €17 million loan from Crédit Agricole Transitions & Énergies.

Crédit Agricole Transitions & Énergies is a key player in the environmental transition, and this financing aligns perfectly with its objective to mobilise €19 billion by 2030 to support ecological initiatives.

This fundraising will enable Kyotherm to finance 23 energy efficiency projects across Europe and the United States, including decarbonisation programs for major industrial players (automotive, agri-food, metallurgy) and leaders in the retail sector.

Kyotherm was advised on legal matters by Antoine Pampouille, Partner at Gowling WLG France, and Julie Vuagnoux, Partner at Walden Avocats.
