Gowling WLG is celebrating after being recognised as one of the UK's Best Workplace™ for Wellbeing by Great Place to Work® UK.

Great Place to Work's culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people's holistic experiences of wellbeing at work to determine the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how its company supports work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.

Last year, Great Place to Work®'s 'UK's Best Workplaces™' latest rankings placed the firm 13th in the 'super-large' category, which includes organisations with more than 1,000 employees – so it is great to build on that this year with this category win.

Commenting on the latest recognition, Chris Oglethorpe, HR director at Gowling WLG, said: "Our placing as a Best Workplace for well-being is positive recognition of the work we have been doing to accelerate well-being related initiatives and processes across the firm. We have made good progress, not only in increasing the take-up of these varied programmes but also in the level of enhancement this provides to our hybrid workforce, whether they are in the office or working remotely."
