Rob Bridgman named 'exclusive winner' at the Lexology Client Choice Awards 2024
Real Estate partner Rob Bridgman has been named the 'exclusive winner' in the Real Estate: United Kingdom category at the Lexology Client Choice Awards 2024.
Established in 2005, Lexology's Client Choice Awards recognise those law firms and partners around the world that "stand apart for the excellent client care they provide and the quality of their service". This latest success follows further individual success this year, having been named a 'Leading Individual' for Property Litigation in the West Midlands in the 2024 The Legal 500 UK rankings, and an 'Up and Coming' lawyer for Real Estate Litigation in the region by Chambers & Partners UK in its latest directory rankings results.
A partner in Gowling WLG's Real Estate Litigation team, Rob Bridgman specialises in resolving complex property disputes.
He advises on a wide range of commercial property matters, including land options, overage, development disputes, landlord & tenant claims, adverse possession and breach of covenant disputes, contentious rent reviews and service charge issues. Rob has particular expertise in mines and minerals and rights of light disputes and recently appeared for the defendant developer in the High Court case of Adjoin Limited v Forty Two House SARL, a complex rights of light case which challenged conventional thinking on the relevant legal test in such cases.
