Gowling WLG scoops hat trick at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2023
Gowling WLG has collected three awards at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2023, including Gold for 'Customers at the heart of everything – large b2b company'; Silver for the 'Best use of customer insight & feedback – large company up to 5,000 employees'; and Bronze for the 'Best customer experience strategy – large company'.
The UK Customer Experience Awards celebrate the inspiring efforts of the UK's customer experience professionals and gives them a unique opportunity to get industry recognition for their hard work and noteworthy results.
The three awards were in recognition of Gowling WLG's work related to the experience for our clients. This helps the firm to deliver sustained, positive change for its clients and its people, who sit at the heart of what Gowling WLG does. Using global data gathered across multiple avenues, Gowling WLG designed a client experience programme focusing on its employees and its clients to deliver a different and better experience for all.
