Gowling WLG appoints new head of knowledge management

Gowling WLG is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward Hill as the head of its knowledge management team.

Widely respected in his field, Edward brings more than 20 years' experience in devising and delivering knowledge management systems for businesses in a wide range of sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, he was head of knowledge management at US software company Teradata Corporation following five years as a knowledge management director at Ernst & Young. Edward has also worked at multinational law firm Baker & McKenzie.

Edward's role at Gowling WLG will involve designing and delivering a knowledge management offering that aligns with the business' strategy, while leading the knowledge management team.

Edward's appointment as Head of Knowledge Management demonstrates our commitment to this vital service."

Chris Oglethorpe, Gowling WLG's Human Resources Director, said: "Edward brings a wealth of experience to this role, which will prove invaluable as we develop and define the firm's knowledge management strategy over the next 12 months.
