Gowling WLG strengthens Energy Transition team with corporate partner appointment
International law firm Gowling WLG has strengthened its multi-disciplinary Energy Transition team with the appointment of Will Glover as a corporate partner in London.
Will is an experienced corporate lawyer focused on the energy transition sector and also has a strong background in the development and financing of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects.
He joins the firm from Eversheds Sutherland, where he was a principal associate. He previously trained at and qualified into the Projects team at Ashurst.

The team was also recently named by Inspiratia as the top UK hydrogen project adviser for the period of 2020-2023.
Will follows Madu Jain and Rebecca Burford in bolstering the firm's Corporate practice as new partners in the UK in 2024. Madhu advises clients in the insurance and reinsurance sector and also has de-risking expertise supporting the firm's market leading pensions risk transfer (PRT) practice. Rebecca joined the firm's global tech sector as UK Head of Tech Venture Capital.
