Gowling WLG is delighted to announce Nicholas Kluge as the new leader of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group in Canada. He succeeds Scott Kugler.

An accomplished litigator and appellate lawyer, Nicholas brings to the leadership role a proven track record of success before all levels of provincial courts, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Serving clients in Canada, the United States and Europe, Nicholas manages a diverse practice that encompasses product liability defense, class actions, insolvency and restructuring, financial services, and capital markets litigation – both in domestic and cross-border contexts.

As a complement to his practice, Nicholas speaks and writes frequently on a range of litigation-related issues. He has co-authored the Canadian chapters of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Product Liability and the International Comparative Legal Guide to Class and Group Actions.
