As artificial intelligence (AI) and biometric technologies continue to progress at a fast pace, Canada is advancing two critical bills to address emerging privacy and cyber security challenges. Focusing on AI and critical infrastructure, Bill C-26 and Bill C-27 represent a significant push to adapt Canadian legislation for an uncertain new era of innovation.
