Adain Bailey

Adain is an associate in the construction and engineering disputes team. Adain qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in September 2022 and has experience acting for developers, funders, government entities, contractors and sub-contractors in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Adain has experience in adjudication and arbitration (both domestic and international) and advising clients on contract administration, particularly JCT forms of contract. She also has experience drafting and negotiating a range of construction contracts including, professional appointments and collateral warranties as well as conducting due diligence on behalf of funders and purchasers of developments.
