Bevin Shores

Bevin Shores is a partner in Gowling WLG's Hamilton office, practising in commercial litigation.

Bevin's litigation experience encompasses a diverse range of practice areas, including commercial, construction, products liability, environmental, insurance coverage, professional negligence, occupiers' liability and general negligence claims.

As an advisor and advocate, Bevin works with her clients to learn their needs and objectives, and uses that knowledge to offer practical solutions. She knows from experience that delivering timely, effective results requires a customized strategy, taking into account the unique factors of every case. Bevin understands that sometimes her clients' interests are best served out of court, and she will identify options for early resolution, wherever possible. However, if going to court is required, her clients can be assured that she is equally comfortable in a courtroom as she is at a negotiating table.

Bevin's professional interests keep her up to date on the latest developments in law, and include numerous contributions to publications, as well as speaking engagements.

Outside of her practice, Bevin enjoys just about any outdoor activity, including running, cycling, hiking and skiing, to name a few. An enthusiastic transplant to Hamilton, Bevin also enjoys the city's vibrant arts and restaurant scene.
