Brigeeta Richdale is a partner in Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office and a member of the Intellectual Property group, where she advises global brand owners and luxury brands on enforcement, regulatory investigations and litigation strategy, both domestically and across borders.

Drawing on her background as a former securities prosecutor and criminal investigator, Brigeeta helps clients navigate fast-moving enforcement actions, investigations and regulatory risk.
